We have the enclosed trailer ramp spring part # 362SW61 that is 67 inches long which would work well for you and can be shortened to your desired length while retaining the 120 lb capacity. Your other option is to use # 362SA5 which has an 85 lb capacity and is 54 inches wide.

These springs aren't meant for an enclosed trailer with a ramp door, they're meant for the very heavy steel ramps you'd typically see on the back of a trailer used to haul heavy equipment like bulldozers.

In order to properly weigh your door to figure out the correct spring you only need to find the weight when the ramp door is down. Assuming you weighed your door without spring assist, you can use the 74 lb measurement. Typically, you use a scale and place a block of wood or something similar on the scale and rest your ramp on the block to get this measurement.

It is quite possible that the # PLR1902 hinge will be correct for your 2011 12x6 Mirage cargo trailer. These hinges are not custom fitted, so generally we like to get either measurements or pictures of the current hinge in order to recommend a replacement.
